When you book an examination, we share your name, contact information, and relevant booking details with the assigned polygraph examiner so they can prepare for and conduct your appointment. Examiners are independent certified professionals who are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information in accordance with their professional obligations.

We may disclose your personal information to law enforcement, government authorities, or other third parties when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, prevent fraud or illegal activity, or protect the personal safety of our clients, examiners, or the public.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

Our website does not currently respond to DNT signals, as there is no industry-wide standard for compliance.
