Operating Framework

All polygraph examinations are conducted in controlled office environments. We do not carry out tests at private residences under any circumstances. This policy ensures optimal testing conditions, free from distractions or external influence, and allows us to maintain the highest standards of accuracy.

We operate across 140+ locations throughout the United States and Canada. Each venue is selected for its suitability as a private, professional testing environment. The specific address of your testing location will only be disclosed after your booking has been confirmed.

We respect your confidentiality. Testing locations are disclosed only after the booking is confirmed and only to the person who made the booking. This prevents unwanted third-party interference and preserves the integrity of each examination.

On arrival, all clients must present a valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification. Accepted documents include:

• Passport
• Driver’s License
• State ID

This is required to confirm the identity of the examinee and uphold the credibility of the results.

3.1 Aggressive or Threatening Behavior

Any form of aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards the examiner will result in immediate termination of the examination with no refund.

3.2 Bribery & Intimidation

Attempting to bribe, influence, or intimidate the examiner will lead to termination of the examination and immediate notification to law enforcement authorities.

3.3 Criminal Activity

If any criminal activity is observed during or in connection with the examination, the examiner reserves the right to withdraw from the process immediately. No refund will be issued in such instances.

3.4 Countermeasure Attempts

Attempts at countermeasures — including deliberate physical movements, controlled breathing techniques, or other methods intended to manipulate the test — will result in one formal warning. A second attempt will invalidate the test entirely with no refund issued.

3.5 Domestic Abuse & Violence

Any threat of violence or signs of domestic abuse observed before, during, or after the examination will lead to immediate termination and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

4.1 Third Parties

Only the examinee is permitted in the testing room during the examination. No third parties are allowed — this includes partners, family members, legal representatives, or any other individual. This is essential for ensuring the accuracy and impartiality of the test.

4.2 Question Format

Up to 8 questions may be asked during a standard examination. Of these, 1 to 3 will be relevant questions that are close-ended and issue-specific. All questions must be based on factual events — not opinions, beliefs, or hypothetical scenarios. Questions are reviewed and agreed upon with the examinee before the examination begins.

4.3 Delivery of Results

The examiner may provide verbal results on the day to the person who made the booking or the examinee, if agreed in advance. The full written report will be sent confidentially via email or mail and is not handed over on the day unless previously agreed.

Reports are the property of the examiner and are produced in accordance with the standards set by the American Polygraph Association (APA).

5.1 Booking Process

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required. Once received, a pre-examination assessment form will be sent via email and SMS. This form must be completed and returned within 24 hours.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the scheduled test. Failure to pay the balance in time may result in cancellation of the booking.

5.2 Same-Day & Next-Day Bookings

Same-day or next-day bookings require full payment upfront. The pre-examination assessment form must be completed on the same day. These bookings are subject to examiner availability at the requested location.

5.3 Examiner Reservation

Once a booking is made, the examiner is reserved exclusively for that time slot. The booking fee covers the cost of this reservation.

6.1 Standard Cancellation

If canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the balance (excluding the non-refundable booking fee) will be refunded.

6.2 Late Cancellation

If canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, or if we do not receive full payment in time, the booking will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

6.3 Transferring Your Booking

The booking fee is transferable provided a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given before the originally scheduled appointment time.

6.4 Unforeseen Circumstances

In accepted unforeseen circumstances, and with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, the appointment may be rescheduled within 14 days of the original date.

6.5 Failure to Comply

Failure to meet medical, procedural, or behavioral conditions will result in test cancellation without a refund.

7.1 Rescheduling & Relocation

We reserve the right to reschedule or relocate your test in unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified in advance and every effort will be made to minimize disruption to your schedule.

7.2 Data Ownership

Charts, data, and recordings produced during the examination remain the property of the examiner and are handled in compliance with applicable federal and state privacy regulations. Data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties without your written consent, unless required by law.

7.3 Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or terrorist events. In such cases, no refund will be issued. However, we will offer an alternative appointment where possible.
