We handle a wide range of cases daily—including infidelity, sexual contact, theft, and complex fraud matters. All tests are conducted according to a strict operating framework designed to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and reliability in uncovering the truth.
Testing Locations
All polygraph examinations are conducted in controlled office environments. We do not carry out tests at private residences under any circumstances. This policy ensures optimal testing conditions, free from distractions or external influence, and allows us to maintain the highest standards of accuracy.
Confidentiality and Security
We respect your confidentiality. Testing locations are disclosed only after the booking is confirmed and only to the person who made the booking. On arrival, all clients must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driving License, or National ID Card) for identity verification.
Conduct and Behavior

Any form of aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards the examiner will result in immediate termination of the examination with no refund.

Attempting to bribe, influence, or intimidate the examiner will lead to termination and immediate notification to law enforcement.

If any criminal activity is observed, the examiner reserves the right to withdraw from the process. No refund will be issued in such instances.

Attempts at countermeasures will result in one warning. A second attempt will invalidate the test with no refund issued.
Test Guidelines

Only the examinee is permitted in the testing room during the examination. No third parties are allowed.

Up to 8 questions may be asked; 1 to 3 will be relevant, close-ended, and issue-specific.

All questions must be based on factual events, not opinions or beliefs.

The examiner may provide verbal results on the day to the person who made the booking or the examinee, if agreed. The full written report will be sent confidentially via email or post, not handed over on the day unless previously agreed.

Any threat of violence or signs of domestic abuse will lead to immediate termination and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Booking, Payments & Cancellations
Booking Process
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required. Once received, a pre-examination assessment form will be sent via email and SMS. This must be completed and returned within 24 hours. The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the scheduled test.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

If canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the balance (excluding the booking fee) will be refunded.

If canceled within 48 hours or if we do not receive full payment in time, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

The booking fee is transferable if a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is provided.

In accepted unforeseen circumstances, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, the appointment can be rescheduled within 14 days.

Same-day or next-day bookings require full payment upfront, and the pre-examination form must be completed on the same day.
Failure to Comply
Failure to meet medical, procedural, or behavioral conditions will result in test cancellation without a refund.
Rights & Legal Disclaimers

We reserve the right to reschedule or relocate your test in unforeseen circumstances and will notify you accordingly.

Charts, data, and recordings from the test remain the property of the examiner and are handled under the Data Protection Act.

Once a booking is made, the examiner is reserved for that slot, and the booking fee covers this cost.
Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or terrorist events. In such cases, no refund will be issued, but we will offer an alternative appointment where possible.
