Please provide a list of cities and locations throughout the USA where you are capable of conducting polygraph examinations. Include all areas where you can organize or offer suitable venues for these tests. It's essential to communicate to clients that tests at any given location are conducted strictly by appointment only, and we do not accommodate walk-ins. Additionally, please note that the specifics of the location will not be shared publicly; the precise address and the availability for a test will be determined through direct communication between the client and the examiner.

For each location you submit, our team will reach out to establish your standard, all-inclusive fixed prices for three categories of polygraph examinations: the individual test (for one examinee), the couples test (for two examinees), and the group test (for three or more examinees). These rates should encompass all associated costs.

Examiner Qualifications Confirmation

• I confirm that I have completed polygraph training at an American Polygraph Association (APA) accredited facility.
• I have experience in conducting polygraph tests for couples and addressing relationship issues.
• I have conducted a minimum of 1000 polygraph examinations following my certification.
• I possess, or have unrestricted access to, computerized polygraph equipment.
• I am willing to conduct both domestic and relationship-related polygraph examinations.
• I commit to contacting all referred clients within 24 hours of receiving the referral.
• I have established a flat rate for my services that applies to all testing locations and is consistent across different exam types and purposes.
• I will provide the testing rooms required for conducting the polygraph examinations.
