Viktoriya Larina

Viktoriya Larina serves as Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Senior Instructor at the Center for Professional Training (CAP), a polygraph training institution in Moscow, Russia. She is the author of the article "Main Features of Polygraph Examiners Training" published in European Polygraph (2017/2), which represents her contribution to the academic literature on polygraph examiner education and training methodologies.

Larina's 2017 publication in European Polygraph focused on the pedagogical aspects of preparing professional polygraph examiners, addressing key features and requirements for effective training programs in psychophysiological detection of deception. Her work contributes to the standardization and professionalization of polygraph education within the Russian and international contexts, examining the curriculum, methodological approaches, and competencies required for polygraph practitioners.

Larina has participated in advanced training seminars on modern polygraph examination technologies developed at the University of Utah, organized by CAP Moscow and conducted by Dr. David C. Raskin. She completed 40 hours of APA-accredited advanced training on "Current Developments in Modern technologies of Polygraph Examinations" conducted by Rodolfo Prado Pelayo in February 2020. She has also received training in offender profiling, demonstrating her broader expertise in forensic psychological assessment beyond polygraph examination.
