TSA Polygraph Examiner — Nationwide (LEPET)
Potomac Management Solutions, a veteran-owned firm providing security services to federal agencies, is recruiting TSA Polygraph Examiners to conduct nationwide pre-employment testing. Based in Washington, DC, with sites in major cities, this program enforces Law Enforcement Pre-Employment Testing (LEPET) standards per the Federal Examiner Handbook—supporting aviation security in the post-9/11 environment.
Responsibilities
- Review e-QIP documentation and conduct structured pre-test interviews.
- Administer LEPET examinations in accordance with the Federal Examiner Handbook.
- Analyze and document physiological data using Lafayette software.
- Submit complete examination reports within five (5) days; maintain data archives.
- Travel to designated sites (e.g., Atlanta, Los Angeles) as scheduled.
Qualifications
- NCCA certification (current), 200+ completed exams, and at least two years of examiner experience.
- 80 hours of continuing education current for NCCA maintenance.
- Eligibility for TSA clearance; IT security training completion required.
Compensation
