What You’ll Do
As a Parsons Polygraph Examiner, you will:

Conduct counterintelligence scope polygraph (CSP) and expanded screening scope (ESS) examinations in compliance with National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA) standards.

Document results with accuracy, including admissions and findings, while maintaining comprehensive polygraph charts and reports.

Follow the Quality Control Examiner’s (QCE) guidance to ensure reliability and adherence to federal regulations.

Support the client’s polygraph program under Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) guidelines.

Complete a minimum of two CSP exams or one ESS exam per workday, unless otherwise directed.

Occasionally travel within the United States to support mission-critical needs.

Qualifications You’ll Bring

An active Top-Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI access and CI Polygraph certification.

A bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of related experience.

Expertise in conducting CI scope and ESS examinations with military, civilian, and contractor personnel.

Proficiency in preparing and delivering clear, accurate polygraph reports that meet federal requirements.

Strong organizational skills to ensure timeliness and compliance with examination standards.
