Position Overview

Parsons is seeking a skilled Polygraph Examiner to join our Federal Solutions team. This role offers a chance to contribute to national security by conducting polygraph examinations and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Polygraph Examinations: Conduct Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph (CSP) and Expanded Screening Scope (ESS) examinations per NCCA standards.
  • Documentation: Accurately record, file, and submit results in a clear and concise manner by the end of each exam day.
  • Compliance: Adhere to Quality Control Examiner (QCE) guidance and DoD/IC policies.
  • Reporting: Deliver polygraph reports in the prescribed format, ensuring logical and articulate presentation of results and admissions.
  • Timeliness: Conduct a minimum of two CSP exams or one ESS exam per eight-hour shift unless directed otherwise.
  • Travel: Be available for periodic stateside travel.
  • Program Support: Assist in executing the client’s polygraph program, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance; eligibility to obtain polygraph clearance after hire.
  • Federal Polygraph Certification: Must hold and maintain certification.
  • Experience:
    • Expertise in conducting CI scope and ESS polygraph examinations.
    • Proven ability to prepare and maintain accurate polygraph charts and test results.
    • Familiarity with DoD and IC polygraph standards and policies.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills to meet examination deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for creating reports and maintaining documentation.
