In 2016, the Colombian Air Force tested 1,237 candidates using EyeDetect. This technology, with an accuracy rate of 86%, identified seven individuals with connections to terrorist organizations. By preventing these individuals from infiltrating its ranks, the Air Force enhanced its security and demonstrated its commitment to maintaining operational integrity.
EyeDetect’s efficiency also set it apart from traditional methods, with the capability to test over 30 individuals daily per examiner. This equates to nearly 700 tests per administrator each month, significantly improving the force’s ability to vet large numbers of applicants.

By integrating EyeDetect into its recruitment process, the Colombian Air Force has taken a proactive approach to safeguarding its personnel and operations.
