The case
Mike met Marta when the pair were just 19-years-old. Marta worked as a chef at a pizza take away in Fort Lauderdale. The take away needed a delivery driver and Mike answered the advert. The confrontation
Deciding it was best to question Marta when she got home, Mike decided not to text her whilst she was away. But when he went to empty her suitcase, he found a condom in its packet.
